We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will manage the relations with our customers within the snack industry.
A solid experience within the snack industry is highly preferred.
What will you be doing?
1. Support our commercial community in translating the value Kerry can deliver to our customers via our Taste technologies.
2. Collaborate with our sales community to understand customer relationships and dynamics, identifying potential opportunities to support our customers with their Taste challenges.
3. Leverage Kerry Global technology strategies to build Taste technologies into Kerry’s Savoury Snacks strategy & customer specific activation plans.
4. Provide insight to Kerry’s market positioning and identify Kerry’s right to win, articulating internally to drive enthusiasm for the Savoury Snacks strategy.
5. Support our sales community in building a robust pipeline of opportunities by positioning Kerry technologies aligned to customer insights and market trends.
6. Drive pipeline conversion by aligning resources and ensuring clear plans are in place to enable success.
7. Leverage the breadth & depth of Kerry’s portfolios to build value and market growth aligned to our Savoury Snacks strategy.
8. Enable sales of Kerry’s Savoury Snacks collection by highlighting potential gaps, training our commercial communities, and positioning our collections with customers.
9. Ensure the profitability of our Savoury Snacks business is aligned to our technology pricing strategies, whilst providing market & competitor insights to inform these pricing strategies.
10. Support Kerry global technology launches, generating excitement in region for new innovations; enabling sales community training, execution planning and positioning with our customers.
11. Inform and influence Kerry’s global innovation funnel by providing customer insights, understanding market & competitor dynamics, and aligning with our European execution strategies.

17. Know how to prioritize to deliver with the greatest impact
18. Ideally speak multiple European languages together with a good knowledge of English
19. Open to traveling up to 50% of the time across Europe
