We are seeking a bHead of Procurement /b to own and optimize our purchasing operations. This role will be responsible for defining our weekly purchasing strategy — including product mix, volumes, and inventory levels — while ensuring flawless execution by the buying team. Beyond procurement planning, this person will oversee the full inbound process: supplier onboarding, product data accuracy, delivery notes, and coordination with the warehouse to guarantee product availability and traceability. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with commercial, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
