brHandling of customers and dealer calls (approximately 20 calls per day)
brCalls transfer to an automatic satisfaction survey (target defined min. Handling and follow up of customers and dealers via Microsoft Dynamics tool.
brQuery Management originated within the SC business (via email or telephone).
brAnalysis of customer accounts in SAP and ICON systems.
brOutgoing calls for customer/dealer clarification requests.
brService contract administration tasks such as: contract activation, adaptation, transfer, prolongation, termination or suspension.
brArchive of the contracts in a digital platform (SCAT).
brPrinting and sending out of welcome letters to customers.
brDuties on holidays when required and approved by the TL beforehand
