Position Purpose brTo manage and optimize the company's purchasing activities, ensuring efficient supply of HVAC products (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration), achieving cost competitiveness, product quality and availability, while maintaining strong relationships with national and international suppliers. brKey Responsibilities brManage the full purchasing process for HVAC products and solutions. brNegotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules and supplier agreements. brBuild and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers and distributors. brMonitor market trends, pricing and cost-saving opportunities. brCoordinate demand planning with Sales, Logistics and Finance departments. brControl stock levels, inventory rotation and purchasing forecasts. brEvaluate, approve and monitor supplier performance. brPrepare analysis and reports using advanced Excel (costs, margins, KPIs, forecasts). brIdentify and implement improvements in purchasing and supply chain processes. brEnsure compliance with technical regulations and quality standards within the HVAC sector. Requirements brEducation: brBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade or a related field. Experience: brProven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, preferably in HVAC distribution, industrial or technical sectors. brStrong background in negotiating with international suppliers. Languages: brSpanish: native or bilingual. brEnglish: C1/C2 level – Mandatory. Technical Skills: brSolid knowledge of HVAC products and solutions. brPurchasing and supply chain management expertise. brVery high level of Excel – Mandatory. brExperience with ERP systems and purchasing tools (a plus).
