our Chief People Officer you will be responsible for the following:- Perform values-driven interviews to assess candidates' alignment with Kantox.- Plan sourcing strategies to fill open positions and build talent pipelines to fill future roles.- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.- Create monthly KPI's for the company's leadership about current and upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.- Work closely with the leadership team to provide valuable inputs and hiring trends from the fintech industry and anticipate future recruitment needs- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus & online recruiting events to build potential candidate communities- Taking part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding, diversity & inclusionRequirementsWho you are- You have 3+ years of proven work experience in full-cycle recruitment; At least 2 years focused on tech or commercial profiles
