We are a global team passionate about gaming, developing, publishing, and innovating in the mobile games industry, connecting millions worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution (D2C / Web)Lead and execute SEO strategies to increase organic web traffic for D2C initiatives.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Brand teams to implement SEO solutions.Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimizations, and link-building.Manage online reputation projects to enhance search engine presence.Align paid and organic search strategies with SEM teams.Educate teams on SEO best practices and industry trends.ASO Strategy & Support (Mobile Games)Develop and execute App Store Optimization strategies for Scopely’s games.Perform keyword analysis, A / B testing, and metadata optimization for app stores.Monitor search rankings, conversion rates, and KPIs.Stay updated on app store algorithm changes and platform features.Coordinate with Publishing, UA, Product Marketing, and Live Ops teams to align strategies.Qualifications5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in-house managing large-scale or D2C initiatives.Proven success in growing organic traffic through strategic SEO.Strong technical SEO skills (site audits, structured data, speed optimization).Experience with SEM and how it complements SEO.Experience in online reputation management and brand protection.ASO experience in gaming or entertainment apps is a plus.Passion for gaming industry is a bonus.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder advocacy.Fluent in English;
