Description
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor with English proficiency.
Purpose of the role
We want experts to become ambassadors of our brands and provide 360o support across all our brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce. The role involves basic technical support for troubleshooting and back-office tasks.
Requirements
* C2 Level of Dutch
* Advanced level of English

* Desirable experience: Digital (user level), e-commerce user, cross-selling, up-selling, social media user
* Experience in in-store services attending to consumers in relevant product categories is a plus
Offer
* 38.5 hours/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00
* Salary: €24,659.54 gross/year
