Business Development Manager EMEA – IoT & Software
We're looking for a Business Development Manager EMEA to accelerate growth for our asset tracking and visibility solutions across the airline and cargo sectors through IoT & Software. What You'll Do
- Drive new business and account expansion for SkyCell's IoT and software solutions across the EMEA airline and cargo ecosystem.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Execute account‑based strategies that identify new opportunities and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design the right solutions, grow the pipeline, and share customer insights that shape SkyCell's digital roadmap.
- Represent SkyCell at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences as a credible, knowledgeable partner.
- Maintain clear and accurate CRM records, forecast opportunities and ensure pipeline discipline.
Requirements / What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology sales.
- Proven success in consultative or value‑based selling, managing complex sales cycles end to end.
- Experience in the air cargo, airline, or supply‑chain industry is highly desirable.
- Self‑starter mindset—able to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute independently.
- Ownership of results—working independently while aligning closely with internal teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT functions.
- Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
