**Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Controller.**
Main functions:
- Opening and closing projects in the internal platform (CRM).
- Management of tasks associated with projects.
- Ensure the quality of information reported in the system: inputs completed by operations and project forecasts updated by Project Managers.
- Administrative tracking of new offers.
- Budgetary control and monitoring of projects.
- Monitoring of billing linked to projects.
- Designing tracking reports.
Experience/Skills:
- Equivalent work experience of at least 2 years.
- Advanced level of Excel proficiency.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills.
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Data analysis experience as a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar as a plus.
