Join our team and significantly be involved in the success of Gutor through your work and personality!**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** **Translate business requirements into specifications and design**, as well as perform, the required functional and non-functional tests before releasing the **software** (develop, test, and deploy custom applications and software solutions).* Analyze deficiencies or possible technical or process-related enhancements and propose adequate solutions to fill the gaps and improve existing applications (Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications).* Verify change requests, specify the software requirements, make the required modifications in the respective applications, test and document these changes.* Participate in the activities (planning as well as execution) in cooperation with the teams in Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain and Malaysia.* Be part of a programming group and work in an agile environment (Jira sprints)* Document developments for involved stakeholders**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED*** **Bachelor's degree in** software engineering,**Computer Science,** Information Technology, or **related field.*** **Experience in a software development environment*** Practical experience in object orientated programming technologies (e.G. **C++, C#, Java etc.)*** **Practical experience in Microsoft programming technologies (**mainly Visual Basic 6)* Good knowledge of and experience with relational database design and **familiar with software deployment methods*** Basic analytical skills to translate business processes into technical solutions* Consultative attitude to guide the business to formalize business processes and requirements* Well organized, constructive, and committed work as well as team spirit and strong communication skills* Action and results oriented personality with ability in a matrix organization* Fluent in English;
