CONTROLLERThe Controller that we are looking for is a member of financial and administration areas that will report to the CFO of an international group.The Controller will participate in the supervision and review of the Group’s financial data to ensure their accuracy and will analyze variations and others. Participation in the definition of different internal processes will also be in the scope.We are looking for a full-time employee.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervision and support on the monthly accounting of the affiliates;
- Coordination with Group’s external parties (auditors, banks, tax advisors, suppliers, etc.);
- Analyze financial KPIsand preparation of reports;
- Preparation and timelyfollow-up of the budgets defined on a yearly basis;
- Facilitate the flow ofany information requested by internal teams promptly and smoothly;
- Definition, review andmaintenance of high quality operating standards, procedures and quality controls;
- Timely handling of matters concerning the day-to-day operative in different affiliates of the Group;
- Upon need, have the willingness to perform duties outside of the current scope that would support the team;
QUALIFICATION & TECHNICAL SKILLS- Bachelor in finance or relevant regulatory and financial reporting knowledge;
- Experience as an auditor or in a similar position during minimum of 2 years;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication). Any other language is a plus;
- Experience in consolidation is desirable;
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.SOFT SKILLS- Proactive and good sense of initiative;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to follow instructions, set priorities, and respect deadlines;
- Strong organizational skills complemented by a “can do” attitude;
