Ph3Job Mission /h3 pThis role is responsible for defining and leading the brand’s global product portfolio and innovation strategy across both BtB and BtC channels. /p pBy transforming consumer insights, dermo-cosmetic trends, and market opportunities into science-backed, profitable products, the role ensures strategic growth and competitiveness. /p pKey responsibilities include leading the product architecture, driving global innovation projects from concept to launch in collaboration with cross-functional teams (RD, Marketing, Operations), and continuously analyzing launch performance to maximize long-term business impact. /p h3Key Responsabilities /h3 h31. Portfolio Strategy Innovation /h3 ul libStrategic Leadership: /b Define and drive the global portfolio and innovation strategy across BtB and BtC channels to maximize synergies, profitability, and long-term business growth. /li libPortfolio Lifecycle Management: /b Evolve the portfolio architecture by identifying market gaps, managing the full product lifecycle (launches, reformulations, and discontinuations), and defining premium pricing strategies. /li libInsight-Driven Innovation: /b Translate trends, competitor data, and consumer insights into a concrete, science-backed roadmap of high-impact innovation priorities. /li /ul h32. Product Innovation Development /h3 ul libEnd-to-End Product Development: /b Partner with Brand Managers to guide new products and line extensions from concept to launch, ensuring strict execution timelines and cross-functional alignment. /li libPipeline Concept Creation: /b Proactively identify portfolio gaps and write strategic briefs for RD, translating trends and consumer needs into science-backed innovation pipelines. /li libMarket Competitiveness: /b Ensure all innovations deliver strong clinical claims, meaningful differentiation, and high competitiveness within the premium beauty market. /li libPeople Management: /b Lead, coach, and develop a team of four professionals, fostering collaboration and a strong innovation mindset. /li /ul h33. NPD Process Cross-Functional Coordination /h3 ul libNPD Orchestration Risk Management: /b Drive the execution of the New Product Development (NPD) process, proactively managing risks, bottlenecks, and timelines to ensure efficiency and excellence. /li libStakeholder Alignment: /b Coordinate seamlessly with global cross-functional teams (RD, Digital, Sales, Marketing) and maintain strong visibility with Country Managers and local markets. /li libMarket Relevance Commercial Viability: /b Gather local market feedback to build robust business cases focused on incremental growth, high business impact, and accurate forecasting. /li libLaunch Readiness: /b Collaborate on global launch preparation, including storytelling, toolkits, clinical claims support, and activation planning. /li /ul h34. Market Intelligence Consumer Insights /h3 ul libCompetitive Intelligence: /b Continuously monitor consumer behavior, dermo-cosmetic trends, and competitor activities (pricing, claims, portfolios) to unlock opportunities for differentiation. /li libInternal Reference Culture: /b Act as the strategic internal benchmark for skincare, wellness, and premium market evolution, fostering a deeply consumer-centric innovation culture across the company. /li /ul h35.
