HUGO BOSS is looking for an experienced Store Manager in retail; Premium or Luxury retail for our Boutique located in Marbella, Puerto Banus, 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate must meet the following essential characteristics:
* Previous experience as a Store Manager in Retail; Premium or Luxury from 3 to 5 years.
* Previous experience in managing boutique stores as a Store Manager (previous experience in the Marbella area is highly valued).
* High level of English, B2 upper intermediate - C1 advantage.
* Previous experience in team management, human capital leadership.
* Experience managing KPIs and previous action plans.
* Immediate availability for incorporation.
What you can expect:
In your role as Boutique Store Manager, you act as an inspirational role model by leading and coaching your team members in achieving KPIs, with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.
* Responsible for driving the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPIs, and defining action plans for short and long-term target achievements.
* Coaching, developing, and appraising the team.
* Effective recruiting and succession planning, as well as networking.
* Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
* Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
* Build and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Area Manager and sales team.
Your profile:
* Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train, and develop the team through active management.
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
* Willingness to constantly learn and develop.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Experience in networking and building relationships.
