About the Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) focuses on generating qualified leads by engaging IT managers in Australia and NewZealand. The role involves setting up meetings between IT decision‑makers and our clients’ sales representatives. The BDR does not perform direct selling on the phone.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to IT managers in Australia and NewZealand.
- Ask relevant technical questions to gather information and qualify prospects.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for account executives.
- Collaborate with client sales experts during the Warm Handover process.
- Earn commissions on a progressive, uncapped structure based on the number of leads generated.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker.
- Higher proficiency in another European language is desirable.
- Previous experience in a phone‑based outreach or sales role.
- Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude.
- Resident of the Madrid Region and legally able to work in Spain.
Benefits & Working Hours
- Full‑time contract with 30 hours per week, 5:00 - 11:00am.
- Base salary of approximately €1,780 per month plus uncapped commissions.
