Acts as Change Manager
Derives and implements Lean strategy, policies, standards, and guidelines. Continuously initiates, supports, and coaches cross-functional Lean activities and structural optimizations to support the operational business of the assigned organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Derives and implements Lean strategy, guidelines, and methodologies to achieve sustainable Lean implementation.
2. Consults and coaches BU Senior Management on Lean topics across all steps and aspects of the business value chain.
3. Selects projects with business responsibility for strategic introduction and continuous improvement of Lean.
4. Coordinates and allocates resources for Lean support in projects.
5. Recommends and tracks Lean trainings for different organizational and competence levels.
6. Ensures documentation, control, and monitoring of Lean implementation progress.
7. Acts as Change Manager, ensuring continuous improvement.
8. Leads Lean communities within BU and communicates best practices and progress of the transition.
9. Provides regular feedback on activities and learning during Lean implementation in Siemens Lean Communities and/or Functional Board decisions.
10. Gathers and analyzes the current Lean Model and Culture across projects and regions.
11. Defines a Lean Management Standard and Harmonized Setup for Projects aligned with SGRE Policies and Guidelines.
12. Interacts with stakeholders to ensure an aligned and integrated setup.
13. Tests the Lean Model in Pilot Projects for evaluation and fine-tuning.
14. Supports the development of Procedures and Digital Tooling related to Lean.
15. Defines Road Map and Implementation plan for the Lean Model Setup.
16. Trains Region Measure Ambassadors for implementation continuity.
17. Implements and monitors KPIs.
18. Conducts site visits and sessions with Site Management to promote Lean Thinking Culture across regions.
19. Monitors site data for proactive improvements and high-impact initiatives.
20. Facilitates Lean knowledge sharing and cross-region initiatives.
