What will you do:
* Become our team's guide, being their mentor and reference. Organize weekly meetings, evaluate performance, and communicate effectively with managers and HR
* Offers our customers an unforgettable experience by creating privileged relationships and complying with LPM standards.
* Be the expert on wines and food pairings, train and educate staff on wines and operational tools, and help them excel in their service.
* Stay on top of hospitality trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve our service and our wine list.
* Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with our wine suppliers. Ensure punctual deliveries, negotiate favorable terms, and stay on the lookout for new offers on the market to enrich our cellar.
What you need:
* At least 5-6 years’ experience working with wine, with a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Head Sommelier
* WSET level 2 or higher.
* Perfect command of spoken and written English,
* Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
* Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
