About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager to join an international marketing and advertising team in Barcelona. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for Dutch-speaking clients, helping them improve their online marketing results and achieve their business goals. Youll play a key role in optimizing digital campaigns, supporting client growth, and contributing to the companys success across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
Create and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for clients.
Provide data-based recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on investment.
Communicate with clients via calls, video meetings, and email, building long-term relationships.
Work towards sales and performance targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and strong English communication skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
6-12 months of experience in online marketing, PPC, or sales (preferred).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Interest in marketing, technology, and digital solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: 24,000- 30,000 /year (depending on experience)
Performance bonus: Up to 4,000/year

Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week, MondayFriday)
