**Your Tasks**
- provide 1st Line Support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
- ticket dispatching between 2nd line support and technical team
- complete service requests
- reporting on incidents and service requests
- use of mail systems
**Your Profile**
- very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- good working knowledge of MS Office
- strong communication skills and service mentality
- high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
