Our client is an international leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.
What will you do?
As part of the Belgian Telesales/Customer Service department, your main tasks will include:
* Answering inbound calls in French and offering insurance products to consumers.
* Registering appliances for consumers who have purchased new appliances.
* Capturing all details and confirming registrations.
* Explaining legal warranties and additional insurance options to customers.
Who are we looking for?
- Native French & Dutch speakers; additional European languages are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service environments.
- Strong commercial skills, good sales techniques, and ability to handle objections.
- Excellent customer service skills, target-driven, adaptable to product changes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.

- Salary of €22,783 gross per year plus monthly bonus based on results, plus €204 in meal vouchers per month.
