As part of our European expansion, we are seeking a Sales Area Manager to join our growing team.This role is key to ensuring sales growth and commercial performance of the following territories: Spain and PortugalKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development- Deliver measurable sales growth and exceed revenue targets across markets.- Identify, open, and activate new retail and online accounts to expand coverage.- Develop country-specific action plans to drive market share and brand visibility.In-Store & Online Strategy- Negotiate strategic product placements to secure the best visibility and maximize sales potential.- Implement POS materials and Visual Merchandising to guarantee a consistent brand image according to Marketing guidelines- Ensure that online brand presence reflects the quality of our in-store executionProduct Knowledge & Account Management- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers- Conduct regular sales reviews, joint business plans, and sell-out tracking- Lead effective product trainings to enhance retail staff engagement, brand advocacy, and sell-out performanceOperational Management- Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts for the assigned area.- Analyze sales performance reports and provide management with strategic insights and recommendations.- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings within the territory.Requirements:- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with operational execution skills and results-driven approach.- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken), additional languages such as Portuguese is an asset.Work Arrangement- Hybrid position based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona)- Position reports to Doona European Sales Manager- Travel: travel is required to the area, to the Prague office and/or to participate in market events (e.G., trade/consumer shows)
