Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage customer relationships with operators or enterprise clients:
Be responsible for customer relationship planning, expansion, and management for the ToB customer base;
2. Lead sales projects:
Lead the team, formulate project strategies, operate bidding projects, monitor and execute, and reach cooperation intentions;
3. Control the quality of contract transactions:
Identify transaction risks for the customer base, conduct contract negotiations, ensure the quality of contract signing, and monitor the quality of contract performance, thereby enhancing contract quality;
4. Develop and implement business plans for the customer base:
Conduct market insights for the ToB customer base, formulate target strategies, plan and execute, and make adjustments.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 8 years of sales-related experience, including 2B sales experience and customer relationship-building capabilities;
2. Capable of deeply understanding customer pain points and demands, and effectively presenting solutions;
3. Able to operate sales projects and independently handle most project expansion tasks or assume key roles;
4. Capable of participating in project negotiations and successfully handling customer demands and differences;
5. Overseaswork experience is preferred;
6. Bachelor's degree or above, with related majors such as communication, electronics, computer science, or a minor language being preferred;
7. Proficiency inEnglish as a working language.
