To strengthen our new team in Bilbao area, Spain, we are seeking a:
Responsibilities as a junior design engineer
* Use all resourcefulness in the redesign of constructed parts into castings or forging.
* Optimize product designs for optimal production design, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Create detailed drawings and designs using CAD software.
* Conduct technical evaluations and create specifications for customer inquiries and supplier offers.
* Respond to technical inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding our products.
* Provide technical advice in the development of customer-specific components.
Requirements as a junior design engineer
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills (other languages are advantageous).
* Knowledge of 3D CAD systems, with a proven ability to create detailed drawings and designs.
* Knowledge of casting, forging, and welding is advantageous.
* A proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement, with a strong interest in design and innovation, and a team-oriented mindset
