We offer the most complete range of market-leading marking and coding systems along with software, services and consumable solutions so you can streamline all your printing needs from one supplier. **TheRole**General Services Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Manager of Global Services Product Marketing team.In this role, you'll be pivotal in the execution of a multi-year Service Business Transformation being responsible for the definition and management of a specific set of our Service Products that combines existing with new and innovative offerings to ultimately deliver a superior customer experience.**What you will do**:Drive and manage the Global Services Products under your responsibility, from the strategic but also tactical point of view, working cross-functionally with all levels of the company. This spans from Global Services Team, Help Desks, Field Service, Product Divisions as well as our Global and local commercial teams.Key responsibilities include:- Be a key contributor for the definition of MI's Service portfolio strategy.- Own the end-to-end evolution of your Services Products in line with the strategy, incl. all elements of product and portfolio management such as the design, development and launch of new offerings, positioning, pricing and margin setting, support, and improvement of current offerings as well as phase out.- Influence the re-design of our existing Service Portfolio, creating new and innovative offerings tailored to our customers that combine existing with new and innovative offerings to ultimately deliver a superior customer experience.- Drive front-end product marketing activities, from trends, market segment analysis, and product differentiation to Voice of Customer interviews to needs/requirements definition and concept development.- Define the pricing strategy of your products, and ensure effective processes and tools are in place to manage pricing for services.- Oversee the development of pricing, revenue and gross margin forecasts based on market sizing and customer value. Perform regular “product-line” reviews and problem solving to identify and correct gaps to plan.- Influence MarComm strategy and related collaterals of the Services products under your management.**What you need to have**:- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration. MBA is a plus.- Minimum 5 years' experience in product management in comparable B2B / growth-oriented industries, preferably managing service products- Experience managing end2end product lifecycle, from new product development to obsolescence.- Ability to conduct fact-based research and analysis of market, competitor, and customer data, and use the data to drive short- and long-term tactics and strategy- Superior communication (both written and verbal) and listening skills.- On the cutting edge of social trends and culture, knowing how and when to engage in them while maintaining brand integrity- Excellent organization skills and time management with high attention to detail.- **Willingness to relocate to Barcelona**- Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit- Winning through customers- High ethical standards, openness and trust- Expectations for results- Respect and value peopleIf you believe you match our values and have the experience we're looking for, then apply!
