You will be empowered to: brSecure Reliability: Provide technical support to resolve process deviations and improve reliability. You ensure that technical hiccups don't stand in the way of our performance, addressing issues at the source. brDrive Engagement: Promote a proactive mindset and drive engagement in continuous improvement at all levels of the organization. From the shop floor to management, you will be the catalyst that inspires everyone to ask, "How can we do this better?" brChampion Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing projects across production lines. You won't just follow standards; you'll set new ones (Create Wow). brEmpower the Team: Train and support operators in Lean tools and best practices. Who you are brWe are looking for a proactive problem-solver who loves the factory floor. brAn Engineer: You have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar. brExperienced: You bring 3+ years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing (ideally in the Food Industry). brA Lean Practitioner: You have strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Certification). brA Leader Coach: You have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and train others. You build trust easily. brAnalytical: You have a mindset oriented towards problem-solving and data-driven decisions. brLanguage Skills: Fluent in Spanish and at least a B2 level in English.
