We are looking for a National Account Manager for our Spanish Operation.You must have Retail Channel Sales ExperienceResponsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organisation.To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organisation.RESPONSIBILITIESNational account ownershipDriving growth across our retail partners – through seeking new business opportunities with current and future vendorsCreating and implementing an effective sales strategy for expanding our roster of partnersManaging sales and channel promotion activitiesGrowing new direct and indirect sales channels, negotiating and ensuring distribution agreements are finalised, signed and copiedDeveloping new propositions and commercial packages to develop businessImplementing upselling for existing product portfolio and future product proposalsDiscussing and negotiating new productsReviewing pricing and promotions, reach and locationTo develop counter actions on market activitiesStimulating and driving new orders on a daily basisChasing distributors for delivery and paymentsMaintaining and updating the weekly sales pipeline and tracking performance of regional distributor accounts; managing the same with agreed targets and KPIsTo be successful in this role we are looking for the following attributes:Previous sales experience within a similar capacityComfortable with presenting to national accounts and managing relationshipsPrevious experience within Telecoms is desirable, but not necessaryNumbers driven, goal orientated and sales drivenBuilding and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders/clientsBuilds strong networks
