Sales & Marketing Controller Iberia & Italy
About The Role
In this key position, you will oversee the entire Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Personal Hygiene (PH) business across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Core activities include closing, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will also play a vital role in the rollout of the company's digitalization project, Essity Way of Winning.
The Business Controller will provide timely, complete, and accurate financial insights and reports. You will contribute to the development and implementation of regional strategies with the management team and suggest actions to improve business performance.
You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing colleagues and the Regional Team of Country Controllers, contributing to management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial results according to accounting standards.
* Monitor performance, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions.
* Support the Management Team in financial aspects as a Business Partner by providing insights across the full financial value chain.
* Contribute to monthly financial consolidations and long-term financial planning.
* Lead or participate in business improvement projects.
* Play a key role in the digitalization of Finance, specifically Essity Way of Winning.
Who We Are Looking For:
* University degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
* Experience with and interest in financial information, reporting, and planning systems.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Performance-driven at individual and organizational levels.
* Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Experience in Sales & Marketing controlling is an asset.
