Recruitment Management
Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including:
Job posting and recruitment channel management
Interview coordination and scheduling (conduct HR interviews when required)
Support hiring for a wide range of positions, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, After-sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Administration, HR, and management roles;
Act as a recruitment-focused HR Business Partner, supporting rapid business growth in Spain and across Europe;
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while ensuring hiring quality, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Channels & Employer Branding
Manage and continuously optimize local and European recruitment channels, including job boards, headhunters, social media, and employee referrals;
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters, ensuring delivery quality and cost control;
Support employer branding initiatives such as recruitment marketing content, hiring campaigns, and industry exposure;
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, hiring success rate, channel effectiveness) and provide improvement recommendations.
Employee Relations & HR Operations Support
Serve as a daily HR point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries related to contracts, leave, attendance, and HR policies;
Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation completion, contract renewal, internal transfer, and offboarding, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience;
Support the localization and communication of HQ HR policies and practices in Spain.
Compensation, Performance & HR Data Support
Salary data collection and validation
Support performance management processes, including performance cycle coordination, data collection, and result consolidation;
Provide basic market salary benchmarking support for recruitment and internal decision-making.
Compliance, Process & Other HR Support
Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data in HR systems and personnel files;
Ensure recruitment and HR operations comply with Spanish labor laws and local regulatory requirements;
Assist in establishing and optimizing local HR processes, templates, and operating guidelines;
Support HR-related reporting, audits, and data requests from HQ;
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
~3–6 years of HR experience, with recruitment as a primary responsibility
~ Solid understanding of Spanish labor law and local HR practices
~ Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with the ability to deliver under high hiring volume
~ Basic hands-on experience or solid understanding of employee relations, compensation, and performance management
~ Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and standard office software
