Overview
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Global Product Group, focusing on business analysis for key digitalization projects across multiple factories. Your expertise in data analytics and collaboration with various stakeholders will enhance reporting processes and drive efficiency. By utilizing your skills, you will contribute to the design and maintenance of innovative KPIs and performance metrics, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Accountabilities
* Ensure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for reports and processes.
* Identify and implement enhancements to reporting processes and analytics capabilities.
* Provide training and guidance on analytics reports and digital tools to business teams.
* Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
* Lead functional and business analysis for core projects, including user acceptance tests.
* Update GPG DT website content using CMS.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, or a related technical field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end data analytics, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
* Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX functions and report scheduling.
* Knowledge of data modeling and integration from various sources (e.g., SAP, SQL, Azure).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
* Strong understanding of functional and business analysis.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
