We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Payroll Consultant to join a global technology-enabled HR services company – 100% remote from anywhere in Spain!

As a Junior Payroll Consultant, you will be an integral part of a high-performing global team, ensuring payroll and data management services are delivered accurately, timely, and in line with local legislation. Run end-to-end payroll processes with precision and efficiency for Dutch clients
Provide expert guidance to clients on payroll-related matters and local legislation
Support apprentices and junior team members in data management or customer service
Conduct system maintenance testing and report technical issues as needed
Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal), with good command of English
Experience in payroll processing or a similar function
Able to meet 100% of SLAs and quality standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Familiar with compliance procedures and able to handle confidential data responsibly
A 100% remote role based in Spain
