We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to develop and grow our business in Spain.
What you will do
* Build and develop the Spanish market – identify new customers and grow existing relationships
* Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and needs assessment through to negotiation and closing
* Deliver product presentations and technical consultations tailored to each client
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new business opportunities
* Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
* Report regularly on sales activity, pipeline, and market insights to management
What we are looking for
* At least 2 years of experience selling machinery, technical equipment, or similar industrial products
* Technical education background (desirable)
* Good understanding of the industrial machinery market
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel within Spain and to Poland
