About This Role
We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our Heat Pumps & Pool Covers in the market.
This role will be responsible for positioning and promoting our product effectively by defining messaging, understanding customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and equipping sales teams with the necessary tools to succeed.
Responsibilities
* Regional Customer Requirements: Understand regional customer requirements and industry trends.
* Product Strategy: Define brand, pricing, and channels, and create competitive positioning and messaging.
* Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Define and implement GTM strategies for product launches and current range, collaborating with local teams to ensure success.
* Benchmarking Competitors: Analyze product specifications to provide information to the global product management team, ensuring a correct roadmap for the region.
* Marketing & Demand Generation: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.
* Support to Sales Teams: Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, product guides, and product trainings.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
* 5+ Years of Experience in product marketing, preferably in home appliances & consumer electronics.
* Strong understanding of GTM strategies, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
* Experience with sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and demand generation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitive insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and local Marketing teams.
* Experience in launching and promoting products in multiple regions is a plus.
