Operational Support Specialist Blade (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
* Technical coordination and supervision of blade teams on site
* Provide on-site technical support and guidance for blade-related activities (inspections, troubleshooting, repairs)
* Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service companies
* Overarching planning, organization, and execution of fault clearance activities
* Support the creation, coordination, and closure of SNOW tickets
* Contribute to the global expert network and actively share knowledge and experience
* Prepare and evaluate inspection and repair reports
* Develop and deliver trainings for various internal and external stakeholders
* Assess defect evaluations and develop cross‑functional technical solutions
* Act as the technical and coordination interface for NX and other internal/external stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
* Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with operational blade services is essential
* Relevant technical degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
* Willing to work on‑site in a rotation scheme, since you will support the countries where Nordex has windfarms all around the world. 80% of your time will be spent out of your home country
* Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
* Confident communication with internal and external partners and high customer orientation
* Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is required
* Strong results orientation, hands‑on troubleshooting mentality and systematic problem‑solving skills
* Fluent (Professional level) in English; Spanish is a plus
