Key job responsibilities
We seek an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts. You will be a technical leader, driving best practices and ensuring our products meet high standards across various areas such as customer acquisition, engagement, Business Prime, and International Expansion. You will independently solve complex testing challenges, design scalable test strategies, and enhance the testability of our architectures.
A core focus of this role is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve QA processes. You will drive AI-powered automation and integrate AI-driven testing methodologies into the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
* Define, measure, and own key QA metrics for the organization.
* Set high standards and best practices in quality assurance across product teams.
* Tackle ambiguous quality problems and develop complex test scenarios for new and existing products.
* Develop and implement AI-driven automated test strategies to boost efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase test coverage.
* Collaborate closely with development teams to define quality standards and integrate testing into all development stages.
* Use data to assess quality before release and in production.
* Lead parallel testing efforts with multiple QA engineers and ensure smooth integration into product launches.
* Mentor and develop other QA engineers, sharing best practices and fostering growth.
* Influence team strategy and make critical quality-related decisions impacting customer experience.
