Main Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities, registering them in the CRM
Engage and manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital channels to drive conversion
Conduct virtual product presentations tailored to customer needs
Manage and develop C&D accounts, focusing on retention, repeat business, and identifying growth opportunities
Collaborate with the Field Sales team to ensure proper follow-up on high-potential leads
Promote the use of online sales channels and self-service options for customers
Keep key information, including customer data, lead tracking, and sales results, updated in the CRM
Monitor and report on sales performance and key KPIs
Act as a shared account owner to ensure efficient and coordinated customer support
Core Skills / experience 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, outbound calling, or similar roles.
Native or full professional level of German and fluent level of English
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience with outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual product demos
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools
Familiarity in B2B sales or eCommerce is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Available to work on-site at the office in Sant Cugat del Vallès
