The City Manager will play a strategic role, with a direct impact on the geography business.
Main responsibilities of the role:
* Lead business operations within the assigned territory with a strong strategic vision and results-oriented mindset. Ability to make data-driven decisions aligned with measurable, time-bound objectives.
* Assess the impact of different strategies across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, identifying key drivers affecting revenue streams and aligning actions and resources to profitability goals.
* Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI, balancing risk and return effectively.
* Identify and monitor key internal and external KPIs critical to business plan execution, anticipating potential deviations and adjusting operational decisions based on analytical insights.
* Actively contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan, supporting business growth and geographic expansion.
* Define key metrics, produce reports, and leverage tracking tools aligned with team and company objectives.
* Coordinate actions, decisions, and strategies with key business units to optimize cross-functional performance and add value throughout the operational chain.
* Manage conflicts and decision-making processes in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner, considering all implications and mitigating risks.
* Collaborate effectively with external advisors and multidisciplinary teams, integrating technical, commercial, financial, and legal perspectives to ensure the success of internal and external projects.
* Contribute to building and strengthening the company’s market presence and reputation as a sector leader.
Previous expertise:
* +7 years of experience in strategy and business consulting, preferably with project experience in the Real Estate sector.
* Strong expertise in market analysis, opportunity identification, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven experience in financial modeling and in building dashboards to track business plan performance and operational KPIs (efficiency ratios, TMO, costs, etc.).
* Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across teams to deliver cross-functional projects of varying scope.
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
* Solid understanding of the business environment.
* Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in analytical tools and data visualization, with the ability to interpret and extract insights from data.
