DMC Customer Service Manager – Madrid, Spain

Salary: €28,000 - €30,000 gross per year + Bonus

Location: Madrid, Spain

A boutique destination management company based in Madrid, specializing in tailor-made cultural and luxury travel experiences across Southern Europe. The team is bilingual and internationally minded, combining deep local expertise with a personalized approach to service. They design high-end, customized itineraries highlighting art, history, gastronomy, and wine, collaborating with trusted local partners to deliver authentic and seamless experiences for discerning travellers. Known for their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail, they have earned a strong reputation among top travel advisors and clients worldwide.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for the overall reservations
* Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs
* Creating customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention
* Establishing customer service policies and procedures
* Provides information regarding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities
* Arranges sightseeing and other tours
* Acquires tickets to special events or makes reservations for clients at a variety of venues, including for dinner, recreation times
* Provides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs
* Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings
* Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of customers, guests, or employees
* Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Travel or hospitality Industry at least 3-5 years at level of sales manager, group coordinator, concierge
* Proficiency in English and Spanish required
* Detail oriented team player, we work individually and in teams
* Well-educated, knowledge of the Spanish & Portuguese market is a plus
* Experience working with Americans is a plus
* Strong business sense and industry experience
* Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
