Brand Copy Project SpecialistThe Brand Copy Project Specialist ensures that Camper's copy and product communication initiatives move efficiently from idea to delivery.This role acts as the operational backbone of the Brand Copy & Product Communications team, coordinating projects across product, brand, digital, and content teams while continuously improving how the team works through better workflows, automation, and process design.The mission of the role is not only to manage projects but to help evolve the department from a production-focused model into a more efficient content system, enabling the team to focus more on storytelling and strategic impact.Reports to: Brand Copy & Product Communications Manager
Key Responsibilities1. Product Communication ProjectsLead the operational coordination of product communication initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.Responsibilities include:Structure clear project timelines and milestonesCoordinate cross-functional teams across Copy, Product, Design, Digital, and ContentEnsure clear and effective information flow between teamsSupport the implementation of product storytelling initiativesCoordinate internal processes such as labelling and newsletters, managing copywriters' workloads, deadlines, and approvals to ensure timely and aligned storytelling
2. Content Production OperationsOversee the content production pipeline to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered efficiently across channels.Responsibilities include:Work on cross-channel campaigns, seeking organization throughout the whole processAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress and identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to schedule, brief, and budgetCoordinate copy production for campaigns and launches, managing copywriters' workloads, deadlines, and deliverablesManage online and offline channel content production pipelineOversee translation workflows and localization processesEnsure smooth collaboration between copywriters, designers, and digital teamsManage external copywriting and translation resources when needed
3. Workflow & AI EfficiencyDrive operational improvements across the team by identifying inefficiencies and implementing smarter workflows.Responsibilities include:Documenting existing workflows across copy and product communication processesIdentifying opportunities for simplification and automationSupporting the implementation of AI tools for translation, copy iteration, and workflow automationCoordinating with the Business Technology team on automation initiativesHelping reduce repetitive operational tasks within the team
4. Project Governance & Team CoordinationAct as the central coordination point for copy and product communication projects.Responsibilities include:Managing timelines, priorities, and project visibilitySupporting the Head of Copy & Product Communications in planning team prioritiesEnsuring requests are clearly defined before executionHelping maintain alignment across product, brand, and digital teamsMonitoring copy data with digital/retail to optimize channel strategies and improve commercial performance (offline and online).Drive cross-channel strategies with product and GTM to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints in order to maximize the value of the product through copy.
