From conception to commissioning, your expertise will shape the success of our processes.**What You’ll Do**:- ** Lead project implementation**: Act as the bridge between Engineering/Technology and Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and QA/QC teams.- ** Ensure successful design and start-up**: Oversee process areas, both new and revamped, ensuring their seamless integration.- ** Drive innovation**: Develop and implement optimization strategies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.- ** Solve process challenges**: Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.- ** Share knowledge**: Participate in intercompany technological groups, fostering best practices and innovation.- ** Support daily operations**: Optimize process settings to maintain efficiency and quality, detecting deviations early.**What We’re Looking For**:We value both experience and potential.
