PInternational firm is looking for a IA Expert. /ppbr/ppResponsibilities: /ppbr/pulliProvide ongoing guidance on AI developments, including emerging trends, tools, and implementation approaches /liliIdentify and propose prioritized AI use cases upon request, including feasibility assessments and high-level effort estimations /liliScope and design AI initiatives with clearly defined objectives and high-level implementation roadmaps /liliFacilitate regular team coordination through daily stand-ups with internal and external contributors /liliEnsure consistent and effective communication across distributed teams using appropriate collaboration channels /liliPrepare and manage team capacity planning and effort estimations ahead of sprint cycles /liliMaintain and continuously refine project plans to reflect progress, risks and changing priorities /liliOversee and prioritize the project backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming work cycles /liliOrganize and deliver regular progress reviews and demonstrations to internal stakeholders and external partners /liliManage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile methodologies /liliServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners /li /ulpRequired Skills: /ppbr/pulli8–10+ years of professional experience (experience specifically in AI can be shorter, given the low maturity of the technology) /liliProven track record of leading successful AI projects /li /ul pPreferred Qualifications: /pulliExpertise in Jira and Confluence and agile project management methodologies /liliProject Management and/or Scrum certification /liliBackground in software engineering or systems architecture /li /ulpbr/ppAdditional: /pulliBudget: EUR 75,000–90,000 /liliThe role is full‑time (40 hours per week) and follows a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the office in Madrid /liliA high level of English is required, as the candidate will need to communicate regularly with the team in Switzerland /li /ulpbr/ppProcess: /pulli3 interviews: first interview with the PM team (30 minutes), 2nd interview with the technical team (45 minutes) and 3rd interview with the CEO of the company (30 minutes) /li /ul
