About the Role & Team:
Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience earning customer trust in complex sales cycles.
This position offers the opportunity to excel in various areas with significant potential for rewards and growth. As the Account Director for Service Providers, you will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.
The candidate should have a "hunting" persona for acquiring new logos and expanding within existing accounts. Building on your background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and telecom technologies, you will establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects. You will navigate within customer organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and driving growth within Infovista’s accounts.
You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments. Your sales experience will be crucial in securing business in competitive situations, focusing on achieving sales goals. Infovista provides a challenging, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.
Profile:
* Strong sales skills with a results-driven approach and target focus.
* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Proven track record of closing deals above €1m.
* Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts.
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Excellent communication and influence skills across all organizational levels.
* Technical knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, or OSS solutions, with a good understanding of the CSP market.
* Strategic thinking, rigorous planning, and ability to build complex deal strategies.
* Strong analysis, business acumen, and vision.
* Inspiring leadership, charisma, and assertiveness to defend company standards and interests.
* Prioritization, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion.
Experience:
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including with senior executives.
* Proven hunter with success in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and OSS solutions.
* Strong sales acumen, especially in software and large deal closing.
* Existing relationships with senior CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange).
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
