The Key Account Manager Spain will be part of the South Europe sales team. Keeping all customer records accurate and up to date using the Company CRM (Salesforce) regularly; Meeting and exceeding projected sales targets; Attending Sales Meetings and when required, organizing and attending local exhibitions.Profile requirements A Bachelor degree in a scientific orientation is preferred or equivalent through experience; Knowledge of the diagnostic market, preferably molecular diagnostics and/or pathology is required; Broad understanding of work flow in pathology labs; Self-starter, experience in working independently with little direct supervision; Capable of developing and executing business plan in assigned region; Business oriented with good local market knowledge; Good complex solution selling skills; Straightforward communication; able to engage healthcare professionals in meaningful dialogue; Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills; Good interpersonal skills combined with the ability to make an impact; Knowledge of tender signing regulations, CE IVD regulations, GDPR; Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.Our offeringWe offer you a challenging job in an exciting environment, working for top entrepreneurs in the biotech industry.
