**Tasks**
As our Bartender, you'll be the heart of our bar area, crafting memorable experiences for our guests with your mixology skills, knowledge of beverages, and exceptional service. You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our drinks, managing inventory, and ensuring our bar operates smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to our standard recipes or customized requests.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Manage inventory and stock supplies, ensuring the bar is well-equipped.
* Collaborate with the team to create new drink recipes and menu offerings.
* Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
* Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bartender, with a solid understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Certification from a reputable bartending school is a plus.
