Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced media expert with precise targeting capabilities to oversee integrated online and offline marketing campaigns for the brand in the Spanish market. You will deeply understand channel characteristics and efficiency, and within limited budget constraints, achieve maximum marketing effectiveness through strategic planning, precise traffic allocation, and strict ROI control. We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented strategic partner who will continuously optimize campaign performance and provide core momentum for brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Strategy and Campaign Management
2. Develop and execute integrated online and offline media campaign strategies, with a special focus on formulating and optimizing advertising strategies
3. Thoroughly understand the efficiency of each advertising channel to maximize results within limited budgets
4. Establish and implement ROI control systems to ensure optimal marketing investment returns
5. Data Analysis and Optimization Execution
6. Possess exceptional campaign data summarization and analytical skills, establishing data monitoring systems
7. Adjust campaign strategies in real-time based on data results, continuously optimizing advertising effectiveness
8. Regularly produce performance analysis reports to provide data support for marketing decisions
9. Integrated Marketing Communications
10. Coordinate brand public relations activities, including media relations, KOL collaborations, launch events, and auto show support
11. Manage press release writing and distribution, evaluating the communication value of sponsorships and CSR initiatives
12. Ensure synergy between paid media and earned media
13. Vendor and Resource Management
14. Manage media buying negotiations and optimize supplier relationships
15. Oversee advertising agencies to ensure campaign quality and efficiency
16. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
Qualifications:
1. Experience and Qualifications
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning or digital advertising, with preference given to candidates with automotive or high-value consumer goods industry experience
4. Demonstrated success in independently managing large-scale marketing budgets
