Main Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of
Roses and the Costa Brava
to list properties in key target areas.
Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners, ensuring compliance with company commission policies.
Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with both property owners and buyers.
Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through completion and post-completion of sales deals.
Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative solutions to successfully close transactions.
Keep the CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database in line with commercial activity and objectives.
Requirements
Previous experience in the real estate sector, with
specific knowledge of the Costa Brava market
(Roses and surrounding areas).
Solid business understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
Advanced level of
English and Spanish
(French is a strong plus)
Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Financially and performance-oriented, comfortable working in an international team.
Proactive, organized, hands-on, and adaptable to flexible working hours.
Outstanding customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients.
