As part of the Talent & Culture Spain team, your mission will be to attract, develop, and connect talent with our ONE BRAND, ONE TEAM culture.
Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define key profiles and ensure an agile and effective process.
Design and implement development and training programs.
Promote career growth and foster a continuous learning culture.
Drive employer branding and cultural initiatives.
Represent the company at job fairs, events, and across digital channels.
Qualifications Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar.
Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS...).
High level of Spanish and English.
