Responsabilities
* Administer, monitor, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
* Design and implement scalable solutions using at least one hyperscaler platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including configuration of connectivity, load balancing (LB), network security groups (NSG), and DNS.
* Collaborate with clients to assess network requirements, propose solutions, and execute projects that align with their business objectives.
* Develop and implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.
* Provide expert-level troubleshooting and incident response for network-related issues, maintaining service level agreements and customer satisfaction.
* Document network configurations, processes, and best practices for internal and client use.
* Engage directly with customers in English and Spanish, facilitating clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
* Participate as a proactive member of virtual, dynamic, and geographically dispersed teams, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and shared goals.
What do you need to fulfill this job?
* Minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in network administration within complex enterprise environments.
* Proven expertise in at least one hyperscaler technology: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with customer network infrastructures, high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, connectivity, load balancing (LB), network security groups (NSG), and DNS.
* Demonstrated customer-facing experience with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) are highly desirable.
