This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual IT professional with a strong customer service mindset to provide on-site technical support in a dynamic corporate environment.Key Responsibilities- Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices- Provide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systems- Perform IT setup, device deployment, and general maintenance- Ensure a positive user experience through clear communication and follow-upRequirements- Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role- Fluent Spanish and proficient English (minimum B2 level)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment- Must have a valid work permit allowing full-time employment in Spain- Local candidates preferredTo apply, please contact:
