🚀 Technical Purchase Officer – Barcelona (Hybrid Model)

📍 Location: Barcelona
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🏠 Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote)
📄 Contract: Temporary (6 months) with possibility of extension
💰 Salary: €25,000 – €34,000 gross/year (depending on experience)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Create and enter purchase orders for multiple projects.
- Track orders proactively and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve purchase-related discrepancies and supplier inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (IT, Project Execution, Finance) and external suppliers.
- Manage US service renewals.
- Maintain and update the Salesforce database accurately and consistently.
🎯 Requirements
- Vocational Training (FP) or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Purchasing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in technical materials (IT, engineering, renewable energy, or industrial sectors).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken is mandatory).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
