Experteer Overview In this Digital Account Executive role, you drive growth for Microsoft’s medium enterprise clients by shaping their digital transformation journeys. You will cultivate executive-level relationships and orchestrate cross-functional teams to address customer needs, including partners, to deliver the right cloud and AI solutions. You’ll forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and advocate for customers, contributing to a high-growth, partner-driven sales culture. This role offers exposure to cloud strategy and transformation at scale within a collaborative, inclusive environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Generate new pipeline by engaging CXOs, ITDMs and BDMs through territory planning and digital signals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within Microsoft
- Identify decision makers and surface org structure with partners and cross-functional teams
- Engage with C-Suite executives and monitor customer satisfaction metrics, owning issue escalation
- Ensure continuity of customer accounts and manage escalation processes to sustain engagement
- Think strategically about sales territory and leverage specialized resources for long-term planning
- Drive cloud solutions adoption through upsell, consumption, co-sell motions, and renewals
- Collaborate with partners to drive scale, validate territory plans, and ensure partner accountability
- Maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft products, solutions, and industry trends to address customer challenges
- Orchestrate resources to deliver solutions-based engagements and engage partners to support transformation journeyResponsabilidades
- Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
- Bachelor in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales experience OR equivalent
- Or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND sales experience OR equivalent
- Strategic thinking and execution skills with ability to develop and implement sales plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities
- High performance mindset with drive to exceed goals
- Collaborative approach across sales, partners, engineering, and marketing
- Growth mindset and problem-solving orientation for rapid scale
- Disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and territory budgeting
- Knowledge or experience with cloud offerings and CRM systems (preferred)Requisitos principales
