About the Role
We're looking for a Tech Sourcer to join our team in Madrid, supporting cutting-edge AI and emerging technology companies as they scale their engineering teams. You'll be the frontline talent hunter, identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent across machine learning, AI engineering, and innovative tech stacks.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who thrives on building pipelines, running creative sourcing campaigns, and connecting with engineers who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI and automation.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage talent pipelines for AI, machine learning, data science, and software engineering roles across Madrid's thriving tech ecosystem.
- Run proactive sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and beyond.
- Engage passive candidates with compelling, personalised outreach that cuts through the noise.
- Partner with Talent Partners to understand role requirements and idóneo candidate profiles.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market intelligence.
- Stay plugged into Madrid's tech scene—knowing where the best AI engineers hang out, what they care about, and how to reach them.
- Contribute ideas to improve our sourcing strategies and candidate engagement approach.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience within technology, ideally with exposure to AI, machine learning, or deep tech roles.
- Strong Boolean search skills and experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
- The ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective search strategies.
- A hunter mentality—persistent, creative, and results-driven.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong plus for engaging local Madrid talent.
- Energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in AI and emerging technology trends.
